About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Factory Foreman to join our team in Johannesburg, South Africa. As a leading manufacturer of Industrial Heating Solutions, we design, manufacture, and install Thermal Equipment such as steam boilers, thermal oil and air heaters. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing production planning, quality control, and inventory management.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor production processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce waste of materials and resources.
- Supervise and coordinate production activities to ensure adherence to production schedules and quality requirements.
- Implement and maintain quality control systems to ensure products meet required quality standards.
- Report directly to the Production Manager and provide regular feedback on production performance.
Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric (minimum requirement).
- Relevant Technical qualification or Trade Certificate.
- Minimum of 58 years experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- At least 23 years experience in a Supervisory or Foreman role.
