About the Role
One of our top mining clients is seeking an experienced Head of Security & Investigations to join their team in the North West. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing security and investigations units, with a proven track record of success in leading complex projects and cases.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage General, Project and Commercial investigation units
- Lead investigations with a project centric approach, including key stakeholders
- Manage investigations with a large caseload (50 unit) and a sizable open case load (5000 investigations)
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of investigations
Requirements
- NQF 7 degree or Higher Diploma in Policing or Security Management
- Minimum of 15 years experience in General, Priority and Commercial investigations
- Proven management experience at least 8 years ago
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher diploma in Policing or Security Management
