About the Role
Our client, a technology-driven company, is seeking four motivated Electronic Technical Officers to join their team. As a leading player in the electronics development industry, they focus on innovation and quality, with a strong emphasis on customer service. The ideal candidate will have technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.
Key Responsibilities
- Testing and inspection of equipment to ensure it meets company standards.
- Diagnosing faults by studying schematic diagrams.
- Auditing: Responsible for both internal and external audits.
- Management and upkeep of technical and quality documentation.
- Scheduling of work and managing daily tasks.
- Organization and management of components and equipment.
- Ad-hoc assistance to the research and development team.
Requirements
- 2 years Experience in an electronics workshop, QA, and/or repair work.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Leadership ability and the capacity to provide training when required.
- Proficient in the use of an oscilloscope.
Qualifications
- B.Tech in Engineering or Diploma or higher (If no formal qualification, relevant experience will be required)
Salary & Benefits
R15,000 – R25,000 (depending on qualifications and experience).
