About the Role

Lead the vision and roadmap for cutting-edge payment gateway products, driving world-class user experiences that merchants and payment networks rely on daily. As a Product Manager Payments, you will collaborate with teams and partners to develop and manage products and services that ensure our client remains competitive within the Payment Service provider market.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development and management of products and services ensuring the client remains competitive in the Payment Service provider market.
Develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy focusing on the development and management of products and services.
Create and manage a data-driven product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market analysis, business value, and technical feasibility.
Work with the finance team to ensure that pricing of products and services is competitive and ensures an acceptable return on investment.
Conduct user research, interviews, and data analysis to gain deep insights into merchant pain points, needs, and workflows.
Translate product strategy into detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering and design teams.
Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure successful product development, launch, and adoption.

Requirements

3-5 years of experience in product management, preferably in Banking or Payments Fintech environment.
Demonstrable experience in managing data-intensive products, such as dashboards, analytics tools, or reporting platforms.
A strong understanding of the e-commerce landscape, including shopping carts, online payment gateways, and fraud prevention.
Proven ability to work effectively with agile development teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business/Marketing, or a related technical field
