About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CA(SA) to join our team as Head of Reporting and Consolidations. This critical role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our group’s financial reporting, with full ownership of monthly, quarterly, and annual group consolidations. As the primary point of contact for senior leadership, you will be instrumental in driving the group finance function forward.
Key Responsibilities
- Full ownership of monthly, quarterly, and annual group consolidations
- Preparation and review of group financial statements in line with IFRS
- Management of intercompany eliminations, group adjustments, and foreign currency translations
- Technical accounting support, including new accounting standards and complex transactions
- Liaison with auditors and management of the group audit process
Requirements
- CA(SA) qualification (non-negotiable)
- Minimum 5 years post-articles experience with proven group consolidations exposure; FMCG or high-volume operational environment experience highly advantageous
- Advanced Excel skills, with exposure to consolidation tools and ERP systems beneficial
