Key Responsibilities
- Drive accurate financial reporting and deliver commercial insights to senior leadership
- Lead the budgeting, forecasting and financial planning cycles
- Strengthen financial controls, governance frameworks and regulatory compliance
- Oversee operational finance functions, including reconciliations, payroll reviews and payment approval
- Partner with regional and branch leadership to support performance improvement
- Contribute to strategic initiatives and continuous improvement projects
Requirements
- Qualified CA(SA)
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a senior financial management role within a multi-site or operational environment
- Demonstrated experience in audit, compliance and operational finance environments
- Strong commercial acumen and problem-solving capability
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
