About the Role

Our client in the Milling Industry is seeking a dedicated Feed Production Supervisor to oversee manufacturing and ensure smooth, efficient operations in their Bloemfontein facility. As a key member of the production team, you will be responsible for leading the production process while maintaining high-quality animal feed products.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily production operations
Monitor and maintain quality control measures
Lead cross-functional teams to optimize efficiency
Ensure adherence to ISO 22000, Act 36 Agriculture, and Farm Feed regulations
Conduct regular production audits and performance reviews

Requirements

Valid driver’s license with own transport
National Senior Certificate or NQF 4 equivalent
Feed Miller certification
5 years of experience in a supervisory role within a feed production facility
Strong Microsoft Office skills
Excellent knowledge of animal feed production processes

Qualifications

Completed Feed Miller certification program
Relevant Bachelor’s degree in a related field (if applicable)

Salary & Benefits

R20,000 – R30,000 per annum (based on experience)
