About the Role
HotelJobs, a leading private game reserve with head offices based in Pretoria East, is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager (EU Market) to join their management team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for growing and expanding the EU Sales market, requiring excellent communication skills, creative thinking, and strong administrative capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute innovative marketing and sales programs/plans that attract customers from the EU market
- Oversee marketing campaigns for the EU market
- Manage the departments marketing budget
- Develop and maintain good relationships with customers
- Collect industry data and use the insights to update our marketing and sales strategies
- Promoting the company’s existing brand and introducing new products to the market
- Analysing budgets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures, and ensuring that the sales team meets their goals
- Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company’s marketing goals
Requirements
- Matric / Grade 12
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Public Relations, or a closely related field
- At least 5 years management experience in Marketing, Tourism or Public Relations work
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint a must)
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Additional Language skills in German, Spanish, French, Portuguese or Italian will be advantageous
Qualifications
- Completed Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Public Relations, or a closely related field
