About the Role

Kinesis Holdings is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Salary Clerk to join our team in Cape Town. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate employee records, processing salary adjustments, and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.

Key Responsibilities

Set up, maintain, and update employee records in Pastel, including new hires, terminations, and changes to job titles or salary.
Process salary adjustments, bonuses, and commissions.
Ensure all payroll files are complete before “rolling over” to the next pay period.
Manage and calculate statutory deductions (taxes, UIF)
Update employee tax status and ensure compliance with relevant legislation (e.g., Basic Conditions of Employment Act).
Generate and distribute employee payslips.

Requirements

Grade 12
12 months of experience as a Salary clerk.
Must be criminal clear
