About the Role

As an Energy Project Manager at our client, Network Finance, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and executing complex energy projects from inception to completion. The successful candidate will possess a strong background in project management, a deep understanding of the energy sector, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, sustainable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and objectives.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that project milestones are achieved on time and within budget.
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
Proactively address challenges and implement contingency plans to maintain project momentum.
Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring effective communication and resource utilisation.
Manage project budgets and resources efficiently, ensuring cost-effective project delivery.
Work closely with finance and procurement teams to optimise resource allocation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and regulatory bodies.
Communicate project progress, challenges, and successes to stakeholders at regular intervals.

Requirements

Proven experience in project management within the energy sector.
Strong understanding of renewable energy technologies, grid systems, and regulatory frameworks.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
PMP or equivalent project management certification is preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Civil, or a related field. Master’s Degree is a plus.
