Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job postings and screening to coordinating interviews and facilitating a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
- Act as a primary point of contact for employee queries, providing guidance on company policies, procedures, and labor legislation.
- Assist in the implementation and monitoring of performance appraisal systems to drive employee engagement and development.
- Collaborate with the finance department to ensure accurate data entry for payroll processing and the administration of employee benefits.

Requirements
- Education: A Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Psychology, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 35 years of experience in an HR role, preferably within a Chemicals environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in HRIS software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of local labor laws and best practices in HR.
