About the Role
J D Specialized Recruitment is currently recruiting for an experienced and dynamic Lodge Manager to join a luxury 5-star safari lodge in Limpopo. The ideal candidate will be a passionate and hands-on hospitality professional with a strong focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences, confident leadership, excellent operational oversight, and the ability to inspire a service-driven team across all departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the lodge
- Oversee financial, admin, and stock control aspects
- Ensure high standards of guest relations and customer satisfaction
- Lead and motivate staff across all departments
- Maintain relationships with suppliers, partners, and stakeholders
Requirements
- 3–5 years’ senior management experience at a luxury lodge or camp
- Strong leadership, staff training, and guest service delivery skills
- Operational knowledge of all departments (FOH, BOH, HR, guest relations)
- Financial, admin, and stock control experience
- Highly organised, guest-focused, and results-driven
