About the Role
Our Client is seeking an experienced Executive Personal Assistant to provide high-level, confidential, and proactive support to a senior executive. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, utilizing exceptional organizational skills, discretion, strong communication, and anticipation of needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and schedule appointments across multiple time zones.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and track follow-ups to ensure actions are completed.
- Handle all correspondence (emails, calls, and messages) on behalf of the executive.
- Draft, format, and proofread documents, presentations, and reports.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Organizational and time management skills.
Qualifications
- Matric certificate (Grade 12)
Salary & Benefits
- Competitive salary: R600,000 – R800,000 per annum, depending on experience.
