About the Role
We are looking for a vibrant admin/receptionist lady to join our team at Bosch Northcliff in Randburg. As an administrative assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. The successful candidate will have knowledge of the automotive industry, as invoicing is a required skill. We offer a full-time, very junior position with comprehensive training and development opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage reception duties
- Invoicing for invoicing department
- Answering phone calls and responding to emails
- Maintaining accurate records
