About the Role
We are seeking a part-time Pastel proficient bookkeeper to join our team at EMC, a healthcare organisation based in Plumstead. As a key member of our administrative team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform customer invoices (a) and stakeholder invoices (b)
- Manage network and practice management including waste management invoices (c), collate with staff from these departments (d), and prepare monthly project invoices (e)
- Prepare bank reconciliation via Bank manager system on Pastel
- Update existing spreadsheets, reconcile with office manager and administration (a), and update Pastel on above Medical waste invoices
- Prepare monthly Pastel accounts including EFT receipts and VAT reconciliation with auditor
Requirements
- Proficiency in Pastel software
- Age analysis skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Qualifications
- No formal education or qualifications required for this role. Training and induction will be provided.
Salary & Benefits
The salary for this position is based on Pastel proficiency and will be discussed during the skill level assessment. The payment will be on an independent contractor basis, with shifts limited to 3 hours and flexible scheduling including 3-4 weekday afternoons or Saturday mornings per month.
