About the Role

We are seeking a Junior Support Administrator to join our team in Cape Town, Western Cape. As a key member of our administrative support team, you will assist with day-to-day office operations and general support tasks, helping us maintain a smooth and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Senior Administrator with day-to-day office administration and general office support
  • Support general office operations, including basic filing, document organisation, and office supplies under guidance
  • Help prepare, format, print, scan, and file documents as required
  • Capture, update, and maintain records, spreadsheets, and shared folders accurately
  • Assist with logging and tracking incoming and outgoing deliveries, packages, and documents
  • Provide support with meeting coordination, including scheduling, preparing meeting rooms, and taking basic notes when required
  • Assist with basic travel arrangements and logistics under supervision
  • Ensure all administrative tasks are completed in line with company policies and procedures
  • Perform general ad-hoc administrative duties to support the Senior Administrator and wider team

Requirements

  • Matric
  • 1–2 years’ experience in an administrative or office support role
  • Basic to intermediate proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Good organisational skills with the ability to manage routine administrative tasks
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and a professional work ethic
  • Ability to follow instructions, work independently when required, and support a team
  • Willingness to learn and grow within a technical or operations-focused environment

Qualifications

  • Valid driver’s license (advantageous)
  • Clear criminal record
