Job Description

About the Role

Hire Resolve’s client is seeking a Business Analyst to join their team, working closely with senior analysts and other stakeholders to design, develop, and implement systems and programs that utilize data and technology to support business excellence and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct research and gather data from various sources, such as databases and reports, etc.
Analyse and interpret data using statistical techniques, software applications, frameworks, and models.
Prepare and deliver reports, dashboards, presentations, and other documents that communicate findings and insights to relevant audiences.
Collaborate with senior analysts, project managers, developers, sales team, and other stakeholders to ensure systems and programs meet business requirements and objectives.
Provide support and training to users of the systems and programs.
Monitor and evaluate the performance and impact of the systems and programs.
Identify and suggest improvements and enhancements to the systems and programs.
Use SQL and Excel to analyse large data sets.
Compile charts, tables, and other elements of data visualization.
Create financial models/reports to support business decision-making.
Forecasting and performing variance analysis and financial analysis.
Support in developing analytical programmes & apps to optimize operations.

Requirements

BSc Computer Science / Btech in IT / Data scientist
Google Cloud certified
2-3 years experience in data analysis in a data-driven environment
Good understanding of data concepts
SQL experience & developer
Forecasting experience
Knowledge of Excel and PowerBI/Power Query
Microsoft Power Automation knowledge
SAP knowledge
AI Machine learning
Ability to translate business requirements into solutions.
