About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Continuous Professional Development (CPD) Practitioner to develop and implement Quality Management Systems for our CMS CPD programmes. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and developing CPD strategies, policies, and activities, as well as excellent stakeholder engagement and compliance management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement CPD strategies and policies for accredited stakeholders
- Facilitate the design and development of CPD activities, including formal courses and workshops
- Liaise with professional bodies and other relevant stakeholders to ensure the effectiveness of CMS CPD programmes
- Collaborate with stakeholders to conclude memorandums of understanding related to CPD programmes that address identified learning needs
- Maintain records of CPD activities and participants’ learning achievements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or Advanced diploma in Social Sciences (NQF level 7)
- Three years working experience in a professional body environment as a Continuous Professional Development specialist or in a CPD supervisory role, with two years of experience working with different target audiences across various levels
- Understanding of the medical insurance industry, PFMA, and other legislation that govern regulatory entities
Qualifications
- OETDP qualification (added advantage)
- Advanced Computer Literacy
