About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Storeroom Clerk / Supervisor to join our team in Pretoria. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for receiving and storing inventory, managing stock levels, and ensuring accurate delivery of goods. If you have excellent time management skills, attention to detail, and experience with equipment operation and warehouse management systems, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receiving incoming material, hardware shipments, and products, verifying quantities and quality, and unpacking units.
  • Loading the Tax invoice with pricing and quantities onto the system.
  • Storing goods in designated locations, ensuring proper stock rotation, and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse.
  • Operating equipment like forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment to load and offload stock.
  • Picking, packing, issuing stock for factory orders, preparing orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Conducting inventory checks and counts, updating stock records, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
  • Reviewing consumables levels weekly and completing the re-order form for approval.

Requirements

  • Grade 12
  • Computer Literate
  • Work experience in Microsoft Software (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams)
  • Drivers license (Required)
