About the Role
Communicate Finance is seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to join our team in Gauteng. As a key member of our marketing leadership, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies and plans that drive revenue growth through marketing. With 7-10 years of senior marketing experience in consumer, retail, or beauty, we are looking for a seasoned professional with a proven track record of success.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and plans
• Strengthen brand identity and ensure consistency across all touchpoints
• Lead digital marketing across social, email, SEO, and app-based channels
• Oversee end-to-end campaign execution and cross-functional collaboration
• Lead, manage, and develop the internal marketing team
Requirements
• 7-10+ years of senior marketing experience in consumer, retail, or beauty
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth through marketing
• Experience leading teams, agencies, and complex cross-functional projects
• Strong commercial, analytical, and prioritisation skills
• Marketing-related university degree
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
