About the Role
A vacancy exists for a Finance Manager at our passenger dealership client in Sandton. We are seeking an experienced professional to manage the financial department and ensure that the dealership is compliant with sound financial practices and good corporate governance.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and report financial statements to Division, H.O., and auditors (internal and external)
- Prepare and complete various weekly, monthly, and annual financial statements
- Complete monthly management reports
- Compile management accounts, including budgets, cash flows, variance analysis, and commentaries
- Produce financial and management information
- Maintain the integrity and reliability of the financial data
- Ensure that month-end cut-offs are compliant in terms of company policies
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience at dealership level
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in financial management software and systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field (if applicable)
- Relevant certifications such as CIMA, ACCA, or CA (SA) (if applicable)
