About the Role
We are seeking a strong, target-driven Sales Executive to join our team at Sandton Hotel. As a sales professional with hotel sales experience (Corporate/Government segment preferred), you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and supporting cross-selling across sister properties where relevant.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Hotel Sales Manager to achieve sales targets
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients
- Identify new business opportunities and pursue them aggressively
- Provide exceptional customer service to all clients and stakeholders
- Support cross-selling initiatives across sister properties
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in hotel sales (Corporate/Government segment preferred)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) is required
- Relevant hospitality or sales experience is an advantage
Salary & Benefits
Package: R20 000 – R25 000 basic gross salary per month. Additional benefits include a strong sales performance based incentive scheme of up to 20% of annual gross salary, paid quarterly, as well as R1 000 cellphone allowance and R1 000 travel allowance.
