About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist/Admin Clerk to join our team at Helderberg Personnel in Somerset West. As the first point of contact for patients, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless administrative operations. With a strong background in medical administration, you will play a vital role in maintaining our practice’s efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Booking appointments for patients
- Handling the phone system
- Invoicing and receipts
- Debtor’s reconciliation with bank
- Petty cash reconciliation
- Debtor’s collection
- Creditor payments
- Keeping track of leave and register up to date
- Compiling salary information for bookkeepers
- Orders
Requirements
- Basic accounting background and skills on Excel and Word
- 3+ years experience in medical administration or a related field
- Strong communication and organizational skills
