Minimum requirements: Matric (Grade 12) required 5 years pastry experience 3 years in production / bulk pastry Professional Pastry / Baking qualification (preferred) Food Safety / HACCP certification (required) Plan and execute daily and weekly pastry production schedules Supervise pastry chefs, assistants, and production staff Maintain HACCP and food safety standards Enforce recipe adherence (weights, methods, bake times) Ensure portion control, yield accuracy, and consistency Consultant: Andri Joubert – Dante Personnel Greenstone
