Key duties and responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the fleet of vehicles, ensuring optimal performance and maintenance
- Supervise drivers and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Implement and maintain driver schedules and routes
- Track and report on key operational metrics
- Manage relationships with external service providers and suppliers
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, possess strong leadership and communication skills, and demonstrate knowledge of regulatory requirements in the industry. If you are a proactive problem solver with a knack for people management, we would like to meet you.
