About the Role
A leading organisation in the pharmaceutical and biotech industry is seeking a GMP Training Officer to join their team in Durban. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with cGMP principles and regulatory requirements through effective training and development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement cGMP training programmes
- Coordinate and facilitate training sessions
- Maintain training records and competency assessments
- Support compliance and quality assurance initiatives
- Work closely with departments to ensure regulatory compliance and inspection readiness
Requirements
- Relevant qualification in Quality/cGMP
- Relevant Training Qualification
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing or QA environment
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Training role
- Strong knowledge of cGMP principles and regulatory requirements
- Computer literacy in MS Office, SAP, Visio, and Internet applications
