About the Role
Fidelity Services Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Control Room Operator to join our team at one of our High-Risk Sites in Vanderbijlpark, Gauteng. As a vital component of our security operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective management of surveillance activities and reporting on key incidents. With a strong background in control room operations and excellent communication skills, we are looking for an individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of the control room
- Establish and sustain effective risk management processes
- Comply with Standard Operating Procedures of the Site
- Update the incident register on a daily basis
- Exercise discipline and maintain a professional demeanor
Requirements
- PSIRA Grade B/A registration and renewal
- At least 3-5 years of experience in control room operations
- Fully computer literate (Outlook, Excel, Word, WhatsApp)
- Good administrative skills
- Excellent observation and reporting skills
- Reliable and sober habits
- Reside in the Randfontein/Westonaria/Carletonville area
Qualifications
- NKP registration (National Key Point) an added advantage
- Firearm competency for business purposes an added advantage
