About the Role

SPILASTYLE CC is seeking an experienced Sales Person to join our team in Johannesburg. As a 6-Axis Industrial Robots Catalogue Sales professional, you will be responsible for driving direct sales of 6-axis industrial robots and associated automation products from our standard catalogue range. You will have the opportunity to work with various industries, including manufacturing, automotive, FMCG, packaging, engineering, and industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell 6-axis catalogue-based robots and associated equipment.
  • Develop and execute a territory sales plan aligned to company targets.
  • Identify, qualify, and secure new customers across manufacturing, automotive, FMCG, packaging, engineering, and industrial sectors.
  • Conduct on-site customer needs analysis to recommend appropriate robot models and configurations.
  • Drive end-to-end sales cycles from enquiry to closing orders.

Requirements

  • 5 years experience selling technical/industrial equipment (preferably robots, automation systems, CNC, or electromechanical machinery).
  • Hands-on experience with robotics, automation, or system integration is a strong advantage.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience with catalogue-based product sales highly beneficial.

Qualifications

  • National Diploma or Degree in: Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering OR equivalent technical qualification.

Salary & Benefits

Basic salary (market-related based on experience): R35000 to R50000.

Car allowance / company vehicle.

Fuel card, tools of trade (laptop, phone).

Commission / performance bonus.

Pension, medical aid, and other company benefits.
