About the Role
Dis-Chem Pharmacies is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Frontline Supervisor to join their team in Krugersdorp. As a key member of the store management, you will be responsible for ensuring that the store adheres to Dis-Chem’s customer policies and procedures when dealing with customers. You will also be responsible for maintaining basic merchandising standards and providing proper customer service training to Merchandisers.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain merchandising standards and ensure restocking of merchandise as per business requirements
- Regulate stock in storeroom, and stock received from suppliers
- Understand rate of sale to determine over or under stock and ensure accurate stock counts
- Manage daily physical upkeep of store and merchandise displays
- Ensure relevant human resource documents are in order and submitted on time
- Uphold merchandising policy and procedure standards
Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric
- Minimum of 2 years related work experience
- Computer literate
- MS Office skills
- Ability to work retail hours
