About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Client Partners in transforming into AI-enabled strategic advisors, driving business growth and revenue expansion through predictive insights and ROI-driven storytelling. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in African markets and AI-driven transformation, with expertise in hybrid leadership, coaching teams in AI literacy, storytelling, and CRM orchestration.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the evolution of Client Partners into AI–enabled strategic advisors through structured 120–day capability roadmaps
- Orchestrate collaboration with Data Sciences to embed predictive models into client journeys and ROI–driven storytelling
- Drive C–suite engagement, enhancing retention and expansion through continuous insight and sentiment monitoring
- Align cross–functional roadmaps with Product and Data Science teams, converting multi–source insights into compelling content
- Establish KPIs, governance, and agile feedback loops to enable a high–performing human–AI hybrid advisory capability
Requirements
- 12 years of experience in insights, consulting, strategy, or CX
- 5 years of leadership roles driving product–led research and advisory
- Proven success in African markets and AI–driven transformation
- Strong track record of C–suite engagement and revenue growth
- Hybrid leadership with the ability to coach teams in AI literacy, storytelling, and CRM orchestration
- Experience working within matrix structures alongside Data Science and Tech teams
Qualifications
- MBA or BSc in Business, Marketing, Insights, or a related field
- Certifications in AI strategy, prompt engineering, or data storytelling are advantageous
