About the Role

A leading global agricultural organisation is expanding its footprint in the Western Cape and is seeking a dynamic, energetic Office Administrator to join its growing team in the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is eager to grow with a new branch and contribute positively to a vibrant, purpose-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage front office operations
  • Maintain accurate records and files
  • Handle phone calls and greet visitors
  • Perform administrative tasks such as data entry and photocopying
  • Ensure the smooth running of daily operations

Requirements

  • Matric Secretarial / Administration Certification
  • Good Maths and Accounting skills
  • 2 – 3 years working experience in similar role handling front office and reception duties
  • Fluency in English and Afrikaans
