About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Technical Writer to join our team at Network Finance in Johannesburg North. As a Technical Writer, you will be responsible for creating and updating technical documentation, managing the technical drawing office, and ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.

Key Responsibilities

Create and update operator, installation, and service manuals for new and existing refrigeration products.
Develop and maintain service parts lists.
Produce service, maintenance, and designchange bulletins for customers and dealer networks.
Prepare assembly work instructions for production teams.
Create qualitycheck instructions for commissioning teams.
Manage the documentation office, ensuring all drawings, manuals, and software revision records remain current and correctly issued.

Requirements

Relevant technical qualification with proven experience in technical writing.
Experience maintaining a technical drawing or documentation office.
Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
Logical thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
