Job Description

Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff, including assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing guidance as needed. Implement and maintain inventory control measures to accurately track stock levels, order supplies, and prevent loss or damage. Oversee the receiving, storage, and shipment of machinery parts and equipment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Monitor warehouse operations to optimize workflow, maximize storage space, and improve efficiency in picking and packing orders. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by enforcing safety regulations, conducting regular inspections, and addressing any potential hazards. Collaborate with other departments, such as production and procurement, to coordinate inventory needs and ensure timely delivery of products to customers. Prepare and maintain reports on warehouse activities, including inventory levels, order fulfillment, and performance metrics. Key Skills: Strong leadership abilities to effectively manage a team of warehouse staff and foster a positive work culture. Excellent organizational skills to maintain accurate inventory records, track shipments, and prioritize tasks efficiently.
