About the Role
MPRTC Recruitment is seeking a highly organized and experienced Personal Assistant to support our team in Nelspruit. As a key member of our administrative team, you will provide exceptional support to our executives, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. If you have a proven track record in personal assistance or senior secretarial roles, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage diaries and schedules for executives
- Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare necessary documentation
- Prepare reports, documents, and presentations as required
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Develop and implement effective organizational systems to ensure efficient workflow
Requirements
- Proven experience in personal assistance or senior secretarial roles
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Qualifications
- Tertiary qualification or relevant post-matric qualification (advantageous)
- Relevant certification or diploma may be required for specific tasks
