About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nail Technician to join our team at ZENZ RECRUITMENT in Cape Town. As a key member of our salon, you will be responsible for providing exceptional nail care services to clients, working in a fast-paced environment, and contributing to the growth and success of our business.

Key Responsibilities

Apply Acrylic, Gel, Sculpturing, Nail Art, Extensions, Fill Ins, and other treatments according to client needs
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to salon standards
Engage with clients, building rapport and ensuring excellent customer service
Work efficiently within shopping mall hours, managing time effectively

Requirements

Fully qualified with Diploma or Certificate in Nail Technology
4/5 years of relevant experience working as a nail technician
Skilled in multiple treatments and techniques
Excellent communication and client care skills

Qualifications

Completed diploma or certificate in nail technology
Matric certification required (if applicable)

Salary & Benefits

Rbasic salary, with very good commission on treatments and retail sales
Commission structure based on work experience
