About the Role
Fusion Personnel is seeking a highly skilled Financial Manager to join our team in Gauteng. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the financial health and stability of our clients, with a strong background in accounting, finance, and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities
- Manage cash flow forecasting and payment authorisation
- Prepare management accounts and additional financial reports for decision-making
- Work closely with the operational finance team
- Manage the annual audit for all companies within the group
- Prepare Annual Financial Statements for the group
- Authorise SARS-related taxes and ensure compliance with IFRS (full version) and local regulations
- Stakeholder management
Requirements
- BCom – Accounting / Finance / CIMA / CTA. Honours advantageous
- Three years of article training preferred
- 2-4 years commercial experience (post articles)
- Deadline-driven, with a strong ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict timelines
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial reporting, compliance, and risk management
- Regulatory background with the ability to review and prepare Annual Financial Statements
Qualifications
- BCom – Accounting / Finance / CIMA / CTA. Honours advantageous
- Completed article training (if applicable)
