Key Responsibilities

Manage cash flow forecasting and payment authorisation
Prepare management accounts and additional financial reports for decision-making
Work closely with the operational finance team
Manage the annual audit for all companies within the group
Prepare Annual Financial Statements for the group
Authorise SARS-related taxes and ensure compliance with IFRS (full version) and local regulations
Stakeholder management

Requirements

BCom – Accounting / Finance / CIMA / CTA. Honours advantageous
Three years of article training preferred
2-4 years commercial experience (post articles)
Deadline-driven, with a strong ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict timelines
Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial reporting, compliance, and risk management
Regulatory background with the ability to review and prepare Annual Financial Statements

Qualifications

BCom – Accounting / Finance / CIMA / CTA. Honours advantageous
Completed article training (if applicable)
