About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Supplier Replenishment Analyst to join our team in South Africa. Key Responsibilities

Monitor inventory levels and identify potential shortages or surpluses.
Initiate replenishment orders to maintain optimal stock levels.
Develop and execute replenishment plans based on demand forecasts, lead times, and other relevant factors.
Analyze sales data, inventory trends, and market conditions to identify improvement areas.
Work closely with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and resolve order or shipment issues.
Maintain strong supplier relationships and communication channels.
Collaborate with internal teams such as procurement, warehouse, and logistics.
Communicate proactively with suppliers regarding replenishment strategies and performance.
Generate regular reports on inventory levels, fill rates, and other KPIs.
Provide actionable insights to support management decisions.
Identify and implement opportunities to improve efficiency, optimize processes, and reduce costs.
Maintain and update inventory management systems with accurate data and replenishment schedules.

Requirements
