About the Role
The Workshop Foreman Coordinator (Artisan) role is a critical position in our FMCG / Food Industry team, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in maintenance and equipment calibration, as well as strong leadership skills to manage a workshop team.

- Running Maintenance Store
- Ordering Parts
- SYSPRO exp (ERP System)
- Equipment calibrations
- Legal Inspections
- Record Keeping
- Lean Manufacturing (advantage)
- Placing of orders for: Engineering Spares
- Stock and Equipment management
- Admin of purchasing process
- Manage Workshop Team
- Stock Takes
- Liaise with QA Team to ensure Food Safety
- Jobs according to Production requirements
- Waste Levels are minimized
- Continuous improvement
Requirements
Trade Tested Artisan (Fitter/ Millwright)
Experience with SYSPRO exp (ERP System)
Experience with Equipment calibrations
Legal Inspections experience
Record Keeping skills
Lean Manufacturing knowledge
Advantageous: Experience with Engineering Spares ordering
Qualifications
Formal education in a relevant field (e.g. Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Technology)
