About the Role
Citrusdal is seeking an experienced Healthcare Manager to lead our Primary Health Care services and Occupational Health program. As a Registered Healthcare Practitioner with a minimum 5 years’ experience in community or rural health, you will be responsible for providing high-quality healthcare services to employees and community members.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Primary Health Care services to employees and community members.
- Manage daily clinic operations, staff, and administration.
- Oversee Occupational Health program and service provider to ensure compliance with legislation.
- Promote preventative health and wellness through education and screenings.
- Maintain accurate, confidential health records and reporting.
- Manage clinic budgets and contribute to continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Registered Healthcare Practitioner
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in community or rural health, plus leadership experience.
- Dispensing Qualification will be advantageous
- Strong understanding of Primary and Occupational Health.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Computer literate (MS Office).
- Empathetic, professional, and passionate about community health.
