About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Cash Processing Centre Manager to lead our cash operations at the Port Elizabeth Branch. This is a critical leadership role responsible for ensuring the overall operational efficiency, financial performance, and regulatory compliance of all cash-related operations, including Cash Centres, ATM services, and branch cash handling.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the regional budget and P&L for cash operations, including capital expenditure on equipment.
Define and track KPIs (e.g., cost-per-note processed) and lead cost optimisation initiatives.
Establish and enforce standardised operating procedures (SOPs) across all sites.
Oversee infrastructure and physical security, and serve as the regional escalation point for major operational and security incidents.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years experience in a cash management environment
Strong Awareness of the Cash Industry
Proven ability to Deliver Strategy and Drive Change
Excellent Leading People and Delivering Performance capabilities

Qualifications

Security Management qualification or equivalent qualification
