About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse and Delivery Specialist to join our team in Diep River. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring accurate product delivery, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching products.
Perform quality checks on incoming shipments to ensure product accuracy and condition.
Organize products efficiently within the warehouse for easy access and distribution.
Monitor inventory levels and anticipate stock needs, coordinating with the team to ensure stock levels are maintained.
Coordinate outbound shipments, ensuring accuracy and timely distribution.
Perform occasional local deliveries, ensuring prompt and safe delivery to customers.
Ensure proper housekeeping and adherence to safety standards within the warehouse.
Communicate effectively with team members and customers, providing excellent customer service.
Maintain records of shipments, inventory, and deliveries.

Requirements

Previous experience in shipping and receiving, packing, unloading, and inventory control is an advantage.
Proficiency in operating pallet jacks and forklifts (forklift training can be provided).
Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask efficiently.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Physically fit and able to lift and carry heavy loads on a regular basis.
Valid drivers license and a clean driving record.
Prior delivery experience and ability to use GPS/navigation tools are a plus.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
