About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Creditors & Diesel Administrator to join our Cross-Border Logistics team in Brakpan, Gauteng. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing creditors and diesel administration, with a strong focus on ensuring accurate financial processing and cost control within a fast-paced transport and logistics environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Full creditors function for the cross-border division
- Processing supplier invoices accurately and timeously
- Reconciliation of creditor statements
- Resolving supplier queries and discrepancies
- Ensuring compliance with internal financial controls
- Capturing and reconciling diesel usage
- Monitoring diesel costs and consumption
- Liaising with drivers, operations, and suppliers regarding diesel-related queries
- Assisting with diesel reports and cost tracking
- Supporting the cross-border operations team with financial administration
- Understanding and working within cross-border transport processes
- Assisting with additional administrative tasks as required
Requirements
- Proven experience in creditors (essential)
- Experience with diesel administration (essential)
- Previous exposure to logistics / transport / cross-border operations (highly advantageous)
- Strong reconciliation skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficient in MS Excel and accounting systems
Qualifications
- Proven track record of experience in creditors or a related field
Salary & Benefits
R 18000 – 20000 per annum
