About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Junior IT Technician to join our team. As a key member of our technical support team, you will provide top-notch service to users, both remotely and onsite, while assisting with installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support to users, both remotely and onsite
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
Assist with installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment
Set up and support printers, desktops, laptops, and other peripherals
Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions
Perform routine system checks and updates
Assist senior technicians with projects and onsite client support

Requirements

Matric (IT-related certification or studies advantageous)
Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems, networking, and hardware
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle (essential)
