About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Consultant to join our luxury homeware retail team. As a key member of our sales floor, you will be responsible for driving sales and delivering exceptional customer experiences. With a focus on building long-standing relationships with customers, you will play a critical role in promoting and selling our high-end products, while upholding operational compliance and risk mitigation.

Key Responsibilities

Drive sales of luxury homeware products through effective stock management and merchandising standards
Maintain retail showroom standards and operations to ensure seamless customer experiences
Promote and sell retail products to customers, providing excellent customer service and reaching/exceeding sales targets
Manage orders of retail products for the showroom
Support external sales consultants and coordinate payment processes
Conduct regular stock takes and maintain accurate inventory levels

Requirements

National senior certificate
At least 3 years of sales experience in a similar role within a retail environment (preferably for a luxury brand)
Previous experience in a senior role, coordinating a team
Knowledge of homeware advantageous
Excellent communication skills (written and spoken)
Customer service focused and orientated
Highly sales driven and focused on achieving the end result

Qualifications

National senior certificate
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration or related field is an advantage
