About the Role

Our client in the Manufacturing industry is seeking a Temporary Creditors Clerk to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial records and maintaining good relationships with suppliers. This is a temporary position, commencing on 16th July 2018.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monthly creditors reconciliation and ensure supplier ledger balance & agrees to supplier statement
  • Ensuring invoices are VAT compliant
  • Following up on all outstanding queries promptly
  • Processing supplier invoices and credit notes
  • Establishing good relationships with suppliers
  • Processing customer sales order and invoices

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Pastel Partner and Excel
  • Formal education
  • Working experience as a creditors clerk
  • Able to work under pressure
  • African Race

Qualifications

  • Formal education (please specify)

Salary & Benefits

  • R20 000 p.m. (Temp)
