About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automotive Spare Parts Specialist to join our team in Pretoria West. As a Permanent, full-time position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, generating sales, and renewals while continuing to achieve high customer satisfaction levels.

Key Responsibilities

Assist customers in understanding the company’s products and identifying solutions to fit their needs.
Generate sales and renewals through counter, online, and other platforms.
Provide an exceptional level of service to current and prospective customers relating to all parts being sold over the counter, online, or any other platform.

Requirements

Must be a South African Citizen with a clean criminal background and ITC (no bad debt).
Stable work record.
Energetic salesperson with Automotive Spare Parts Sales experience.

Qualifications

Extensive knowledge of vehicle replacement parts.
Customer service skills.

Salary & Benefits

R 9 500 Commission Benefits: Provident Fund and December Bonus. Working Hours: Monday – Friday (08:00 to 17:00) & Saturday 08:00 – 13:00
