About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Stockroom Controller to join our team in Nelspruit. As the face of our sales and stock management, you will be responsible for achieving daily and monthly sales targets while ensuring accurate PODs and voucher issuance. You will work closely with our Head Office to resolve queries and ensure compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Installar vouchers on the Multichoice portal within the same day and accurately capture installation details on the portal
- Ensure daily merchandising and housekeeping is managed to company standards
- Handle queries relating to PODs from Head Office
- Issue stock when presented with a valid invoice and confirm issuing of correct stock
- Manage and capture the POD report, ensuring a 48-hour turnaround
- Scan PODs on DocuVision daily
- Resolve sales queries within our SLA
- Verify that all documentation, including Trip sheets, waybills, and courier/own vehicle documentation, is signed off beforehand as per policy
- Pack and send deliveries by courier, with a maximum of 24 hours delay
- Ensure the GIT report remains “clean” by checking it daily to identify any discrepancies in stockroom
Requirements
- Matric qualification or Grade 12
- Proficiency in English
- Basic computer skills
- Administrative proficiency
- Stock management and stock taking experience
