About the Role

Join our dynamic team as a Junior Sales Engineer and contribute to driving revenue growth in the construction, consulting, and IPP fields across South Africa, Zambia, and Tanzania. As a proactive individual with a deep understanding of the industry, you will expand our clients’ reach, cultivate strategic partnerships, and communicate highly complex technical information to customers and clients.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and qualify potential leads through research, networking, and outreach
Develop targeted sales pitches and presentations to effectively communicate the company’s value proposition
Promote and sell equipment, products, and solutions to prospective and current clients using technical knowledge and commercial training
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs, and anticipating future requirements
Prepare, schedule, coordinate, assign, and monitor allocated enquiries, quotations, orders, projects, and deliveries

Requirements

2 years of sales-related experience within a technical or engineering environment
Fluency in spoken and written English (French an advantage)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, set priorities, work independently and well in a team, and perform under pressure
Excellent computer skills

Qualifications

Open to graduates of technical disciplines: mechanical, electrical, instrumentation
