- Proven experience as a Construction Foreman (residential and/or commercial)
- Ability to read drawings and interpret specifications
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong understanding of safety regulations and site procedures
- Ability to manage subcontractors and ensure timelines are met
- Trade qualification or relevant certification will be an advantage
- R300 400k with a bit of wiggle room should we be awed
