Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Construction Foreman (residential and/or commercial)
  • Ability to read drawings and interpret specifications
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Strong understanding of safety regulations and site procedures
  • Ability to manage subcontractors and ensure timelines are met
  • Trade qualification or relevant certification will be an advantage
  • R300 400k with a bit of wiggle room should we be awed
