About the Role

Hire Resolve, a leading HR solutions provider, is seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Business Partner to join our team in Durban, KwaZulu-Natal. This role is ideal for a strategic HR professional with a strong generalist background, proven experience in the supply chain or logistics industry, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
  • Provide expert HR guidance across a wide range of areas including performance management, employee relations, talent management, and organizational development.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to line managers on all people-related matters.
  • Support workforce planning and talent acquisition initiatives in collaboration with the recruitment team.
  • Champion employee engagement and support culture-building activities.
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the HR function.
  • Provide coaching and support to managers and employees.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar senior HR role.
  • Proven experience in the supply chain or logistics industry.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of HR best practices and South African labor legislation.

Qualifications

  • A degree or diploma in Human Resources Management or a related field.
